medsense difference is simple: commitment.
Our commitment dates back to a youthful lesson we all learn- "treat others the same way you want to be treated." This is our mission as well as our commitment. It wasn't long ago when some of our leadership team sat on the receiving end of contract nurses. As a result, these essential principles were developed into the medsense mission:
- We do not advertise in your market.
- We do not contract with every facility in the same market.
- We provide travel and local contracts as well as per diem.
- We do not hire partner facility employees.
- We only hire multi-year, experienced acute care nurses.
- We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
