Medsense is a relatively young company with a very unique blend of Hospital experience making up our corporate structure. Our CEO has been a Hospital Administrator for more than 13 years for both For Profit and Not For Profit Healthcare Systems. His experience gives us the complete understanding of the financial needs of any given facility in order to better partner with them at the highest level. Our Director of Clinical Services has been a Registered Nurse for better than 20 years. She has functioned in a variety of hospital capacities including administrative supervisor, department manager and with the majority of her experience being in the critical care setting. She has been on the receiving end of “agency” nurses and herself been an agency nurse. Her experiences as well as our CEO’s experiences have culminated to be the Medsense opportunity.
Our goal is to maintain high quality staff that are individually committed to providing excellent patient care. We strongly believe that our staff should be well compensated for their efforts and have autonomy as individuals and the units they work in. Work should be a rewarding part of our lives, not a controlling factor.
